Refund policy

Returns
All our garments are crafted to give a luxurious feel. However if you feel that the garment doesn’t fit you well or you want to exchange it with another garment, we would request you to ship the garment back to us, within 10 days of receiving the garment.

If you would like the garment to be altered, please send a small note stating alteration requirements and correct measurements. We shall make the changes and send the garment back to you.

If you would like to exchange the garment with another garment from our store, please mention that in your note. We shall then inform you the credit adjustment process.

We would really appreciate a feedback and reason for your requesting for an exchange.

To avail any of the above options, the garment should be unused and intact with all the tags and labels.

We do not provide a return refund unless the piece is found defective from our end.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
